We just wanted to say thank you to UK & EU Removals. Their two man team were very friendly, helpful and professional throughout the move. They just made the whole process seem so easy and the move went like clockwork.

The team arrived at the exact time they had indicated on their quotation. They worked through each room, ensuring that all of the furniture was secure and properly protected in their lorry.

All of your belongings were treated with the upmost care and attention. Both of the guys were very friendly and polite at all times.
We would definitely use UK & EU Removals again in the future.

The quote following a home visit was reasonable for a professional company who took care and were very polite and willing during the move. The kitchen sink wastepipe was unplugged when the washing machine was taken out unfortunately. An electrically-operated desk needed a visit from the team leader to my new home to rectify.

The administration ('sales coordination') was friendly but chaotic from the start. I was sent way more packaging materials than I ordered (additional to cost of move) and was told I'd be reimbursed for those I didn't use. In the event I was charged (ie not refunded) for some boxes I didn't even receive. This took weeks of argumentation from my detailed records, and they didn't have adequate records. The customer is always wrong with UK EU where packaging materials are concerned. This has left me out of pocket and very, very sore.

In the long run, the move itself went smoothly and was not stressful. Whether I'd recommend this company overall I'm not sure.

The team at UK and EU removals were so helpful from the very start. They provided a very good quote and kept me informed of what was happening up until the day of my move. On the day itself the two staff arrived promptly and had my whole flat loaded into the van in under an hour and a half. The unloading job was a difficult one as it was up on the third floor but again they were very fast and the whole job was done in under 5 hours including travel time of over an hour. I couldn't fault the service and would definitely use them again.

Honestly spent hours listing out removal firms and researching each one. Took ages. A minefield.
How do you know which reviews are honest and which ones aren’t.

I read a couple of genuine sounding reviews and after speaking to Maria ( who’s voice is rather quiet and gentle decided to go with them as they came back to me with an approximate quote so quickly and flagged additional areas that may need extra care etc. Wardrobes, large pictures and mirrors etc.
They provided two Luton Van lorries which turned out to be better than one large one for parking etc.
They came early 7am worked so hard and finished at 7pm in the heat!
Can’t tell you how impressed, happy and so thankful to them for being so focused and supportive.
It was a difficult thing to leave our property but taking an hours break between leaving and then moving in to the new place, allowed me to sort out the keys and have a lunch break too.

Totally recommended and will definitely
Be using them again.

We shopped around quite a bit before picking this company and we weren't disappointed. It wasn't the cheapest, but was very professional and comprehensive, and they guaranteed they would not outsource the move. The team came over for a few hours to pack everything up (50+ boxes) and they did a brilliant job, they were friendly but professional. On the day of the actual move they loaded up and then unloaded at the new flat; they asked me where I wanted things and put them in good order, leaving boxes in nice stacks ensure I could still move around :)
All in all a great experience, I will definitely recommend them in the future.

I can not recommend this company highly enough! We have used their service three times in 13 months (building work at home so we moved to two other local properties, then home again last Saturday!). Maria in the office was very polite and helpful, initially coming round to assess the goods to be moved. We had the packing service for the first move, which was great, then we packed ourselves for the next two moves. The first move involved two parts, one lot of stuff to a 1st fl flat locally, and then boxes of books and framed pics to a different address in another part of London for storage. This was the more expensive move (£850); the two subsequent moves without packing were £300 each time. Each team of removal people was polite, helpful and skilled. They dismantled and re-made beds and tables. The cost of each move and the packing was the best value compared to other companies. I have already recommended them to two other local families and they too have been very happy with the service. Thanks to the team for making the moves stress free!

We recently relocated from London to Edinburgh. Nick and his colleague did an amazing job. From the moment he came to visit for a survey, to the box pre-delivery, the careful packing up and timeoy delivery, we cannot fault this firm's service. The staff are friendly, polite, helpful and highly professional. Maria in the office was also very efficient and helpful, very much appreciated during a potentially stressful time when relocating! To top it all off, I found the price to be extremely reasonable and the lowest of three quotes I obtained.

I moved 5 times internationally, the last time being with UK EU
Removals. Worst experience ever ! They broke 2 pieces of furniture: a chest of drawers and a nice table. Thing is that they contracted a cheap insurance via a broker whereas they claim they are fully insured. I had to do deal directly with the broker to get some money back as UK EU Removals seemed not to care anymore. The insurer contracted by their broker made it so complicated (excess applied, depreciation applied, refusal to reimburse as this was repairable in their view) that after over 4 months of fighting, I eventually gave up and accepted to only receive a small amount for what had been damaged. All other professional movers I had used had much better insurances with no questions asked once the movers had recognised
they had broken something. Tip: Avoid them !

We chose UK EU Removals for our move from Bath to London. Great removals company with excellent pricing and staff. The team was professional, they packed carefully, nothing was missing or destroyed. The service was excellent and on time. We have used there service to complete two moves. Each time have been efficient and exceptionally well organized. They take great care, which is important when you are according trust to someone with your valuables and home.
I would definitely use again and highly recommended to anyone. I need to mention they have been prepared for unforeseen with bubble wrap, cardboard boxes. Thanks to all involved!

Fully satisfied and impressed with UK Eu Removals service . After we established communication first time , Maria kept updated the plan which suited mine very well. Very helpfully sincerely and nice guys to work with. Dave and Alex took great care of all the stuff and then arrived on time at destination. They took care of our antique furniture very well, which I was much impressed . The price was competitive too and was well worth it .

I've used UK EU Removals twice, and was very happy both times. From the start, communication was clear, prompt and easy. Prior to the move, their Operations head, Maria, took care of all of the organisation, including helping me determine the number of boxes I would need.
On the day of the move, two very nice gentlemen turned up promptly and got to work straight away. I used their packing service, which meant they packed my fragile items and dismantled any furniture that needed doing so. The chaps were very quick and very careful with all of my items (nothing damaged or lost). On the other end, they were quick to unload the lorry and reassembled everything that needed doing so.
All in all, this is a fantastic service and I would highly recommend them. Moving can be stressful, but UK EU Removals made it as easy as possible and I will use them any time I have to move.

This firm did a great job packing and moving all our possession from south west London to Cambridgeshire. Maria who arranged the move was very helpful - in person she was professional, direct and knowledgeable and she was always quick to respond to emails and
queries. Adrian and Mark did the packing thoroughly and diligently, wrapping absolutely everything - it took a little longer than they'd anticipated but it was all in good condition at the other side. They even put some delicate items, e.g. flower pots, in the cab with them. Ciprian joined them for loading and the move itself. They were hardworking and polite throughout. Highly recommended.

UK EU Removals is THE moving company you can rely on. After my deplorable experience with another company several months ago, this time I carefully considered the reviews this website BEFORE selecting a company. I selected UK EU Removals on the basis of their excellent reviews. These guys are great. They work hard and properly. They are on time. They contact the customer to keep him/her informed. They do NOT use sub-contractors. They were 4 people to load and 3 people to unload; I.e., adequately staffed!! A specific commendation to Maria who coordinates everything from the first contact to the end of the moving. She always answers or returns phone calls and replies her mails. Very efficient and kind. She is very nice. I do recommend this company for a seamless experience.

I'm trying to click 5 stars but for some reason it won't let me. After a very unpleasant experience the last time I moved home I was very cautious this time about only getting quotes from companies with good reviews and I'm so glad I did this. All the ones I chose seemed good and it was a hard choice but overall UK EU Removals, whose quote was slightly higher than the others, included more services in their quote so it seemed better value. I was not disappointed. They arrived in plenty of time and worked tirelessly and professionally. As well as dismantling furniture and putting it back together afterwards the quote also included disconnecting and reconnecting all the kitchen appliances. They were polite, helpful and thorough throughout. Everything was extremely well packed. In the end they even helped out with an impromptu emergency even though they must have been exhausted by this stage. Unlike my previous experience there were no surprise hidden extras. They did charge extra for the unexpected emergency but that was only fair and to be expected and I was extremely grateful they were willing to do that. I never plan to move again but if I did I would definitely use them and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. As I said at the start I keep trying to click 5 stars but nothing happens so if 5 stars don't show up at the top of this review then it must be something to do with my computer or somesuch.

I've been meaning to write a review for some time. My move took place at the end of 2018. I was moving my entire home from central London to France. It was difficult to make a decision about a removal company. I had to trust all our belongings with a business and hope that they would take them to another country safely. There are so many horror stories about removal companies - so throughout the entire process of getting quotes, agreeing dates and prices and the removal itself, I felt an underlying anxiety. However, on reflection, I needn't have felt that with this company. I found Maria and Nick to be very professional, polite and responsive. When I called, I was given a quote which went up after the home visit (performed by Nick) but it still seemed reasonable to me given the volume of stuff they were moving. On the moving day, they wrapped items and dismantled some furniture and worked solidly for about four hours to get everything into the van. There was a delay between collection and delivery - and I did feel some anxiety about my goods being locked in a van over a couple of nights. However, everything was fine. They even came back with an item that was mistakenly packed - I thought this was a very thoughtful gesture of them (I wouldn't be surprised if other companies would leave the item in France or charge extra). There were a few minor teething problems but I found a conversation with Maria could resolve that. I felt that they genuinely wanted my business and wanted to do the best job possible. They were polite and kind throughout the entire process. Everything arrived in the condition it left and the packaging they provided was sufficient for my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend UK EU Removals.

We used UK EU Removals to relocate us from a central London flat to a house in Hertfordshire. The team were really professional and friendly, as well as skilled in packing our belongings in a way that meant they all arrived with no damage. We had a delay when we arrived at our new property as the previous owners were not done moving out, and the team were patient.
